Stats are in for November 2005 -
Overall sales numbers are decreasing as sold prices are still increasing.
In the city of Phoenix sales decreased from 2,565 in November '04 to 2,140. Median prices increased to $215,000 from $150,000 for single family detached resale homes.
In Scottsdale the resale hom market numbers declined from 810 year to date to 475. The median sales price continued up to $595K from $430K in '04. The median resale home price is $701K in North Scottsdale and $311K in South Scottsdale.
Tempe decreased from 225 to 170 in numbers of single family homes sold. Median sales price increased to $270K from $195K.
The Chandler resale single family detached market slowed from 720 to 520 and the median price increased from $200k to $295,900.
The highest median sales price was in the town of Paradise Valley at $1,358,000.
