Christopher Cain knows vacation property.
He should because he owned a seaside condo at beautiful Kiawah Island, SC, for 16 years. Based on his experience, he wrote in 1984, "Maximize Your Resort Porperty Investment." The book, which went through two printings, was featured editorially in major publications including Barron's, Business Week, USA TODAY, and MONEY magazine. This book was designed to help vacation property owners put thousands of extra rental income in their pockets.
In 1998, Chris wrote and published "Road Map to Your Vacation Property Dream." A revision, update, and expansion of his first book, it is an outstanding resource for anyone thinking of buying vacation property, as well as for those who currently own.

A Cleveland native living in Orlando, FL since 1987, he served as Director of Media Relations for the Florida Association of Realtors and as a public relations executive for Burson-Marsteller. He teaches communications classes as an adjunct professor at the University of Central Florida.
Chris earned a master's degree at the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University - Go Wildcats! He lives with his wife Terry in the Orlando suburb of Oviedo.
He currently specializes in luxury vacation investment property in the areas surrounding the attractions area just west of Orlando. These areas include Lake Buena Vista, Kissimmee, Davenport, Windermere, and other communities in Osceola, Polk and Orange counties.
