What are your square footage requirements?
We do not currently have any minimum square footage requirements for homes in Cinnamon Shore. Braselton Homes currently has four floor plans ranging from 2100 sq. ft. to 2800 sq. ft. In all likelihood, you will not see homes smaller than 2100 sq. ft.
What foundation types will be permitted?
Permitted foundation techniques in Cinnamon Shore include wood pier foundations, masonry pier foundation, and concrete slab on grade. For pier and beam foundations, the first floor shall be raised a minimum of 18 inches and a maximum of 36 inches above finished grade.
Am I required to use one of the builders that is currently building in Cinnamon Shore?
It is not required; however, we would highly recommend that you use one of these builders. They are experienced with the local building codes and the Cinnamon Shore Design Code and have been identified and selected as quality builders.
