The Wine Country Real Estate Opportunity
In 1999, Pam bought a small ranch in Sonoma County and developed it into a horse property. She also renovated a neglected vineyard and gardens. In the process she found herself becoming very interested in country properties and the joys of the wine country lifestyle with its emphasis on good food and wine, beautiful gardens and the active lifestyle of the North Bay. She began to host frequent visitors from outside the area and coached them on what to look for in their own wine country homes or investments. Eventually she decided to obtain her real estate license and, after evaluating many firms, joined the Santa Rosa office of Coldwell Banker, the top real estate agency in Sonoma County.  She really enjoys the process of helping her clients define and meet their real estate objectives.
